  • Q. What are the Shipping & Handling charges?

  • All order ship FREE to the continental US. Deliveries outside the continental US have varying rates. We will be happy to provide a quote to confirm any shipping charges outside the contintental US.

  • Q. What are Christmas Shipping deadlines? For items in stock:

  • Orders placed by cut off (3:30pm EST) on 12/18/14:  shipped Next Day Air (by the deadline) will arrive 12/19/14; shipped 2nd Day Air will arrive 12/22/14; shipped standard will arrive between 12/23 - 12/31 depending on where the package is headed.

  • Q. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico?

  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will have an additional shipping charge.   • Q. When will my order ship?

  • We ship orders Monday – Friday, 8am-3:30pm Eastern. Most orders ship the same day the order is placed. Monogramming or engraving may add additional processing time of a few days. Extended delivery times on some personalized items are noted in the item’s description.


    All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped UPS generally take 2-5 days for delivery. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box so if you prefer UPS delivery please supply a physical street address.


    Regular delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and US territorial possessions is via Priority Mail and can take approximately 5 to 12 days.     Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together. If you prefer that all items be shipped together, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

  • Q. Can I expedite my order?

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm Eastern, can be shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air for an additional charge to help ensure the timely arrival of your order (for instance, that birthday party that’s on Thursday and today is Tuesday). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day and shipped via the method you selected.

  • Q. Do you provide gift wrapping services?

  • We will gift wrap almost any gift for an additional charge of $5.00 per box. Gift wrapincludes: choice of holiday or all occasion paper, with a bow and gift message. You can add gift wrap to an item by adding the item "Gift Wrap" to your shopping cart. If ordering more than one item, please indicate in the notes at checkout which item you would like wrapped. In addition, if you would like several items placed into one box, please let us know and we will gladly accommodate your request.


    Please be aware that not all of our items can be gift wrapped.   • An approximate size conversion chart is provided below; sizes may vary by manufacturer and garment type. If you're unsure, please contact us. We'll be glad to help you find the right size.

  • Q. Do you sell Gift Certificates?

  • A gift certificate is the perfect solution for that special person who you are just not sure what to buy. We will send a gift certificate personalized to the recipient to your e-mail address. You may print it and give it or forward to them with your own personal message.


    Gift Certificates are available in preset amounts of $15, $25, $50 & $100.

  • Q. What is your Return Policy?

  • Our return policy is a “No-Hassle” guarantee. If for any reason at any time you are not satisfied with your products, you may return them.     Please be sure to write the RA number on the exterior of the box. Package returns carefully and include information to assist us in processing your return or exchange.
    Refunds will be promptly issued via the payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Q. What if an item is on backorder?

  • If an item you order is out of stock, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative. You may substitute a similar item, wait on the backordered item, or cancel the item from the order. Your Representative will be able to help you with whatever course of action you choose.


    There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items. Backordered items shipping to US addresses are most often delivered via UPS. Large items may ship via another carrier.

  • Q. When will my credit card be charged?

  • We will obtain authorization for the credit card charges when we process your order. Authorization usually occurs within 24 hours after you place your order. This simply confirms that the card is valid and there is credit available.


    Your credit card will actually be charged when your order is shipped. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are available for shipping. If we are unable to secure authorization, you will be contacted by an eMedDecor & More Customer Service Representative.
